Tube Washers


The Immersion Tube Washer is designed to accept tubing up to 12 feet long, ranging in diameter from .26 inches to 6 inches. The system uses one immersion tank with a working capacity of 600 gallons. The tank is fitted with a false bottom that allows the wash fluid to circulate length wise through the tubes for better cleaning. The water returns through the channel under the false bottom.

The Immersion Tube Washer has a patented Liquid Turbo-Charger™ that produces the highest fluid flow available in an aqueous parts washer. The rotator exposes all part surfaces and blind holes to the scrubbing-and-flushing action of the water-based cleaning fluids and the drying action of the forced-air dryer.
