Programmable Hoist Rotating Basket Washer


The Programmable Hoist Rotating Basket is PLC-controlled, semi-automated parts cleaning system with two heated fluid tanks and a forced air dryer on our standard version. It has a touch-screen operator interface for programming the system’s automatic rotator and hoist-and-trolley mechanism. Parts are loaded into baskets or custom fixtures, which are then loaded into the rotator. The hoist-and-trolley mechanism lifts the rotator and transports it from one immersion tank to another. The parts are rotated while immersed, draining and drying, to assure thorough flushing and drying of blind holes. Each of the fluid tanks has a patented Liquid Turbo-Charger™ that produces the highest fluid flow available in an aqueous parts washer. The rotator exposes all part surfaces and blind holes to the scrubbing-and-flushing action of the water-based cleaning fluids and the drying action of the forced-air dryer.
