Our smallest and newest workhorse is the Cell-Jet Wash System. This spray washer is designed to be a low cost, down and dirty, industrial quality cellular-style wash station. The operator loads dirty parts onto a heavy-duty part tray, presses the button and starts the cycle. In just 1 minute clean parts can be retrieved and the cycle can be repeated.

The Cell-Jet spray washer cleans using a washing/flushing process of high pressure/high flow spray impingement with compressed air blow-off drying. The part tray rotates during the wash cycle to ensure that all sides of the parts are addressed with wash solution and blow-off air.

Cellular based-reduced size machine footprint through the use of a single wash and dry chamber. (2-4 ft. wide x 5-5 ft. deep x 4-6 high machine footprint.)

Fully automatic operation - Base machine is fully customizable (sequence times and temperature) and has the ability to store up to 3 separate user programs.

Chip basket and bag filtration included in base machine.

Completely enclosed self-ventilating process - operator is not exposed to vapors or mists found in other cleaning processes.
